I have tried many hosting companies over the years and I can honestly say that HostGator has been the best host I’ve ever dealt with. There’s nothing worse than having a website emergency at 2 in the morning and be unable to reach anyone at your host or worse get outsourced to the Philippines or somewhere for tech support. They also offer blazing fast servers and unlike most hosting companies that promise 99% uptime — they actually deliver on it. I’ve been with HostGator for more than a year and haven’t experienced so much as a second of downtime ever. I know I sound like a damn salesman for them, but I’ve had some shitty experiences with hosting companies over the years so it’s a really big deal to me that I’ve found such a great one.
