With the rise of social media and social networks one of the problems I’ve had is keeping track of my social identities.

I have many social media streams and figured the logical thing would be to have them all in one place where clients, friends, or whoever can see them easily.

It turns out, there’s quite a few websites aiming to do just that! Charles Hamilton over at Web Worker Daily wrote a great piece on some of the best options available.
