CNET has a video review for the new Motorola Droid. It does look like a pretty sweet phone, but I doubt it’s going to do much damage to the iPhone. For me, Blackberry is the only way to go. Also, PC WORLD has a review for the Droid.
Here’s a first look at the upcoming Blackberry Tour 2 (codename: Essex). According to the good folks at Blackberry Cool, it’s really just a Blackberry Tour with a trackpad and WiFi. I don’t know, but it’s still cool either way.
I admit this is pretty cool. It’s amazing they can fit the components into such a thin case, but my question is why? I don’t necessarily want a laptop that’s a couple of pieces of paper thick. I need to see these things proven before I’m sold. Do they overheat? Are they flimsy? Do they feel cheaply made? What kind of performance do you get? How thin is too thin?
Twitter is fast becoming the most important service on the planet. It’s not only an amazing marketing and networking tool, it’s also a great place to find a job. A new Twitter app called TwitRes aims to make that process a little easier. You simply login to your Twitter account through the TwitRes site and upload your resume. After adding a short message you can tweet your resume directly from the site. (hat tip Twi5)
